Dany Maid Cleaning Terms & Conditions 

By utilizing this website to schedule services, you acknowledge your agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not consent to these terms, refrain from booking our services.

Booking Confirmation

While scheduling services online does not guarantee a spot for your chosen date and time, you will receive confirmation via email or phone after the booking process. To secure your cleaning slot, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required, deductible from the total cleaning cost.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is mandatory for cancellations or rescheduling, allowing us to secure jobs for our cleaners and find replacements if needed. Failure to provide notice will result in the automatic conversion of the $100 booking confirmation fee into a cancellation fee.

Cleaning Crew

Our cleaning teams typically consist of two members, with the occasional need for additional cleaners due to the complexity of the work or a busy schedule.We do our best to limit the rotation of cleaners in your home while still providing sufficient cross-training to our cleaning technicians. Our employees undergo rigorous background screening and drug testing for integrity and accountability.

Right To Refuse Service

We reserve the right to deny or terminate services based on safety concerns, inappropriate situations, the presence of weapons, severe clutter, or disconnected utilities. Employees may choose to leave if faced with an unsanitary environment or if they feel threatened. Unreasonable cleaning requests may result in refusal of service and the imposition of a cancellation fee.

Cleaning Day Preparation

Your cleaning price is based on the assumption that the cleaners can focus entirely on the cleaning task. We request that you tidy up for easy access to areas and surfaces. If you wish for our cleaners to handle additional tasks, contact our office in advance to adjust the cleaning fee accordingly.

  • Hand Wash 1 Sink Full of Dishes

  • Clean Inside Kitchen Cabinets

  • Clean Inside Oven

  • Remove Mold/Mildew in Shower & Tub

  • Sweep Inside Garage

  • Patio Furniture Cleaning Dust/Wipe

Pets

We accommodate pets but request limited indoor activity for efficiency and safety. If a pet poses a threat, our employees may leave, and our cancellation policy will apply.

Service Fees

Prices are estimated based on experience but may be adjusted depending on the actual condition of the house. We reserve the right to reevaluate rates and will inform clients of any changes.

Payments

Payment is due on the day of cleaning and can be made by check, cash, or credit card.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds but will rectify errors at no charge if reported within 24 hours.

Recurring Service Discount

Discounts for recurring services start after the first cleaning. Skipping cleanings may result in an increase in the pricing level.

Rate Increases

Client rate adjustments may occur based on changes in service frequency, home or living situation, or annual increases not exceeding 8%.

Lockouts

Clients must ensure accessibility on the scheduled service day to avoid a lockout fee.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a $70 cancellation fee.

Alarm

Clients with security systems should ensure they are off or provide codes and directions. Failure to do so may result in a lockout charge.

Use Of Homeowner’s Vacuum

Using your vacuum is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damage.

Cleaning Supplies

We provide necessary equipment and products. If you prefer green cleaning products or want to use your supplies, inform us in advance.

Items We Cannot Clean

Certain items and conditions, such as mold removal and hoarding situations, and biohazards may not be addressed and we are not liable fo rany risks these situations may impose.

Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items

For safety reasons, our employees cannot reach certain areas or move objects over 35 pounds.

Breakage/Damage & Loss Policy

While we carry insurance, we are not liable for damage caused by wear and tear or undisclosed fragile items.

Cleaners Arrival Window

We schedule our cleanings in an order that requires the least amount of drive time in an effort to maintain low prices & avoid trip fees, if you require a specific time we will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, no times are guaranteed.

Due to the unpredictable nature of our business & unforeseen circumstances traffic jams, weather, and mechanical problems, allow us the flexibility of scheduling our cleaning between the windows of 8:00 am to 11:00 am & from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

We generally do not run more than 30 minutes earlier nor more than 45 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time, if we are running late we will call you and/or text you.

Holidays

No cleaning services are provided on holidays.

If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule, the following holidays will be observed:

Black Friday

Christmas Eve

Christmas Day

New Year's Eve

New Year

Inclement Weather

Closure due to inclement weather follows school district decisions.

Keys

At Dany Maid Cleaning Service, we prioritize the security of our clients' homes. Instead of us holding the keys, we kindly request that our customers provide a lockbox where you can store your house key securely inside the lockbox outside your residence.

Once we finish the cleaning service, we will return the key to the lockbox and lock it securely. By following this procedure, we aim to ensure the safety of our client's homes while still providing convenient access for our cleaning team.

In the unfortunate event that a client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key in an unsecured location, Queen Bee Cleaning Service cannot be held liable for any damages or theft that may occur.

Non-Solicitation Of Employees

As our customer, we ask that you agree not to solicit or hire any of our cleaning employees to work directly for you. Our professional cleaners are background checked, their references verified & have completed comprehensive cleaning training. Significant time, resources & money are invested in each new employee before we allow them to enter our customer’s homes.

Governing Law

Claims related to our website are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Terms & Conditions Changes

Dany Maid Cleaning Service reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
